Balangoda Kirimetithenna Primary School has been practising mindfulness as part of its daily routine for several years. This documentary showcases the positive transformations and highlights the benefits mindfulness has brought to students, illustrating its impact on their well‑being and learning.
STARVING FOR CHANGE
Starving for Change — A mass production I contributed to as an editor, depicting Pakistan’s struggle with malnutrition and food insecurity following the 2022 monsoon floods, while underscoring the urgent need for sustainable farming to rebuild agriculture and restore its role as a leading superfood producer.
THE COMMITMENT
The short film that I directed, produced, and edited examines how financial pressures compel fathers to break away from social norms in order to support their children’s dreams. The narrative follows a man living on the edge of poverty, determined to nurture his children’s aspirations despite overwhelming challenges and unmet needs.
